Turvo · freight TMS

Re-platformed geoservices, saving $500K+ a year

Owned the move to a new geoservices provider end to end (discovery, RFP, contract negotiation, testing, go-live, and support) saving over $500,000 annually while improving routing accuracy, ETA reliability, and geolocation precision for brokers, shippers, and carriers. I owned the roadmap for location, order, appointment scheduling, and inventory, including scheduling features that let top customers scale globally.

Built a real-time supply chain control tower

Defined the supply chain roadmap for the NEXXE platform and shipped a real-time control tower that integrated internal and third-party systems into one live view, improving collaboration and cutting latency. Led a cross-functional team of SMEs, data scientists, engineers, and designers; several features leaned on AI/ML to sharpen accuracy.

Albertsons · retail supply chain

Procurement & forecasting through a national merger

Drove procurement application development during the Albertsons–Safeway merger, defined the future-state business processes, and implemented automated ordering. Built a demand-forecasting model that captured demand shifts to sharpen inventory management and procurement as the combined company scaled.
